Vision: Leadership for Change envisions a Princeton culture in which leaders are not defined by position or title, but rather by students' ability and motivation to affect change within their organization, community, or field. We envision a campus community in which students feel empowered to reach out to peers as resources for leadership practices, with the goal of becoming better leaders in the nation's service and the service of all nations. Mission: The mission of Leadership For Change is to build relationships among individuals with different leadership styles and contexts, offer accessible and relevant leadership development programming, and deepen the University community's understanding of what it means to be a leader. We undertake this mission in order to support confident leaders who are well equipped to envision and affect change.
